Description
Vitamin B12 – is a fairly rich group of substances such as: adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, cyanocobalamin (synthetic). Vitamin B12 is abundant in animal products such as liver, eggs, fish and dairy products. In the human body, intestinal bacteria can also synthesize vitamin B12. In terms of chemicals, it is resistant to pH and oxidation, supports the synthesis of proteins, the breakdown of fats and the acquisition of energy. In supplementation, it is used as an additive in B-complex mixtures or as a dibenoside in mono-preparations that have an opinion of supporting appetite and anabolic functions.
